As Autel Energy continues its rapid growth across Europe’s EV charging market, we are looking for a technically savvy and customer-focused Technical Operations Manager to join our team in London, UK.
? Logistics Support
* Evaluate existing vendor performance, source new suppliers, and ensure services meet company standards in terms of cost, reliability, and delivery SLA.
* Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Finance, Logistics) on matters related to POs, invoicing, SAP issues, and stock reconciliation.
Qualifications & Skills
* Minimum 2 years of experience in operations coordination, supply chain, or project logistics.
* Strong English communication skills (verbal & written); Mandarin is required for coordination with HQ.
* Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills across multiple workstreams.
* Proficient in Excel and collaborative documentation tools (e.g., Google Sheets).
* Hands-on experience with workflow management platforms such as Airtable; ability to design and maintain operational workflows on the platform.
* Demonstrated ownership of supply chain responsibilities in past roles.
* Industry background in EV charging or electrical hardware delivery projects.
* Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), inventory management, and purchasing workflows.
* Familiarity with safety stock strategies.
* Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members in daily logistics/ops tasks
