This role will focus on growing the German and French markets. There is a significant opportunity for career progression, given the company's growth trajectory, competitive pricing and products, and the fact that these markets are less mature than the UK.
About the role
* Lead a small team of specialists to drive customer revenue through digital marketing and web channels.
* Manage key metrics such as churn prevention, cost per acquisition, lifetime value, and others.
* Expand the team as you surpass your objectives.
* Implement best practices from the parent company and develop a localization strategy for different markets.
You
* An ecommerce, growth, or digital marketing leader with experience in direct-to-consumer online sales in the German and/or French markets.
