We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Operator to support our Maintenance business by managing service data, ensuring system accuracy, and improving operational workflows. If you're a tech-savvy individual with a keen eye for detail and a knack for staying organized in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responding to and managing JIRA system tickets with speed and accuracy.
* Entering and maintaining data across multiple business systems and applications.
* Updating and aligning work schedules between Excel and internal platforms.
* Supporting operational teams by assisting with reporting, scheduling, and client portal updates.
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining clear audit trails.
* Identifying and suggesting process improvements to boost operational efficiency.
What we’re looking for:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Comfortable using systems to classify, analyze, and manage information.
Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Desirable (but not essential):
Previous experience with work scheduling tools, service request systems, or client-facing portals.
Familiarity with JIRA or similar task/ticket management platforms.
