Job Description
We’re recruiting a Payroll Implementation Manager (Ireland) to lead the setup of a brand-new Republic of Ireland payroll as part of an international expansion.
This is a delivery-focused role, building an ROI payroll from scratch and ensuring robust processes, documentation and controls are in place ahead of go-live (January 2027).
What you’ll be doing
* Leading the end-to-end implementation of a new ROI payroll
* Working with an outsourced payroll provider (currently at tender stage)
* Designing payroll processes, controls and process maps
* Managing testing, validation and go-live readiness
* Ensuring compliance with ROI payroll and tax legislation
What we’re looking for
* Strong Republic of Ireland payroll experience
* Payroll implementation experience in an outsourced environment
* Deep understanding of payroll operations and systems
* A project-led, delivery mindset
Role details
* Salary: Up to £65,000
* Location: Hybrid – 1 day per week in Rushden
* Contract: 12-month FTC
* Hours: 37.5 per week (flexibility available)
