Hensall Co-op is seeking a reliable individual to become an integral member of our team! This position is full-time, working out of the Drayton location. In this position, you will be responsible for the safe transportation of the product from place of origin to destination. You will also be responsible for general elevator and yard operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service for incoming and outgoing loads of agricultural product by weighing, loading, and unloading product
* Delivery and pickup of seed, fertilizer and chemicals in a timely manner
* Perform general housekeeping to ensure yard is always kept clean and safe
* Maintain accurate records of product movement and ensure proper documentation
* Duties will vary depending on seasonal demands
Job Requirements:
* Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills
* Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
* Sitting for long periods of time driving
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Ability to lift 100lbs and climb up to 100ft
Required Qualifications:
* Previous experience in an agricultural setting is an asset
* Valid DZ License with clean driver’s abstract
* Willingness to learn the operations of a grain dryer and PLC
* Forklift license or willingness to obtain
