Redevelopment and Regeneration Manager
The combined 'One Team' of a Council I'm working with are seeking an experienced professional for Redevelopment and Regeneration Manager roles. Lead the transformation of council-owned land and property assets, impacting communities.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead feasibility studies, develop options, and prepare business cases for small to medium-sized schemes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop schemes for council-owned assets.
Commission and manage consultants for design, planning, and site preparation.
Assist in procuring a delivery partner.
Advise on redevelopment schemes, including feasibility and options appraisals.
Address planning, contractual, and legal issues for proposed sites.
Contribute to delivering medium-sized schemes.
Work with consultants and contractors to ensure timely project delivery.
Provide progress reports to Senior Managers and Members.
Manage consultants and contractors.
Support disposal and acquisition processes for regeneration projects.
Skills and Experience Required:
Extensive experience in leading land and property redevelopments.
Preferably public sector experience.
Relevant qualifications like RICS or construction/regeneration certifications.
Knowledge of RIBA stages.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
