About ARU:
ARU is a global university transforming lives through innovative, inclusive and entrepreneurial education and research. ARU holds a Gold award for the quality of its education, awarded through the Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF).
ARU's research institutes and four faculties bridge scientific, technical and creative fields. We deliver impactful research which tackles pressing issues and makes a real difference to our communities. Our academic excellence has been recognised by the UK's Higher Education funding bodies, with 16 of our research areas assessed as world leading. We are the largest provider of Nursing, Midwifery, Health and Social Care students in the East of England, and we are also among the UK's leading universities for degree apprenticeship provision, working with hundreds of employers across the UK.
About the Role:
Are you passionate about education and eager to make a real impact? Join ARU's Schools and Colleges Engagement team within the Corporate Marketing Directorate, as we deliver our local undergraduate student recruitment strategy across the East of England.
You'll be a key part of our mission to support all prospective students in exploring their future at ARU and beyond. Working face-to-face with schools, sixth forms, colleges, and at all ARU campuses — you'll build strong relationships and deliver inspiring events such as taster days, workshops and presentations.
With a degree, part-qualified professional qualification, or equivalent experience, you'll bring a positive, proactive and creative approach.
Highly organised and confident working independently, you'll be comfortable managing logistics, using data to demonstrate impact, and working to budgets.
Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
This is a dynamic, fast-paced role with regular travel across your region and occasional out-of-hours work in the evenings and at weekends. All work-related travel is reimbursed in line with ARU expenses policy.
At ARU, we're proud to be a university that transforms lives through education. If you're ready to join a collaborative, supportive team that values innovation and inclusion to inspire the next generation, we'd love to hear from you.
