Are you a data-driven CRM expert with a passion for crafting exceptional customer journeys? We’re working with a leading FMCG group to find a CRM Manager who will take ownership of CRM strategy across multiple premium brands.
As Group CRM Lead, you’ll be the strategic and operational lead for CRM across the group. You’ll design and deliver lifecycle campaigns that nurture leads, drive engagement, and increase customer lifetime value. From segmentation and automation to data hygiene and performance analysis, you’ll ensure every customer interaction is timely, relevant, and impactful.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Own and evolve the CRM strategy across all divisions
* Lead segmentation, automation, and personalisation initiatives
* Deliver lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, retention, reactivation)
* Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams
* Champion data integrity and GDPR compliance
* Analyse performance and drive continuous improvement
* Identify opportunities for platform enhancements and automation
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in CRM, email marketing, or marketing automation
* Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, segmentation, and analytics
* Track record of improving engagement, conversion, and retention
* A commercial mindset with strong analytical awareness
* Collaborative, organised, and solutions-focused
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
