We are currently recruiting Refuse Loaders in East Lothian to join our client, a well-established waste management company. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking ongoing, full-time work in the waste and recycling sector.
Job Title: Refuse Loader
Location: East Lothian
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 start, approx. 40 hours per week
Pay: Weekly pay, paid every Friday
Responsibilities
* Working as part of a crew of Refuse Loaders to collect household waste, recycling and garden waste
* Loading bins safely onto waste collection vehicles
* Walking long distances while pushing/pulling wheelie bins
* Maintaining a high level of health and safety at all times
* Representing the company in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
* Physically fit and capable of working on your feet in all weather
* Reliable and punctual with a good attitude
* A team player with a strong work ethic
* Previous experience as a Refuse Loader or in waste management is desirable but not essential - full training provided
