We are looking for a Locksmith Support Advisor to provide an excellent support service to our Mobile Locksmith / Security Team and Customers, ensuring that all calls are dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner to enable a smooth and seamless service. Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for supporting the optimization of our Locksmiths' workload. You will need to be self‑motivated and able to make quick decisions.

Hours
40 per week over 5 days, Monday to Saturday (Saturday on a rota basis) between 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities
* Make and receive telephone calls/emails from customers and locksmiths.
* Log all jobs and liaise with locksmiths and other workshops.
* Complete jobs – closing with locksmiths and customers, updating portals and chasing payments.
* Drive revenue‑seeking opportunities to exceed customer expectations and requirements.
Essential Skills
* Excellent telephone manner.
* Knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet.
* Great communication and negotiation skills.
* Self‑motivated with great attention to detail and strong decision‑making skills.
* Ability to use own initiative in solving problems.
* Abundance of common sense.
* Ability to show empathy – customers rely on us as the 4th emergency service.
* Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing department needs.
Bonus Skills
* Previous experience within an outbound sales environment and upselling.
* Good geographical knowledge.
