Student Registry Officer (Student Records)
An opportunity has arisen to be part of the University’s Academic Registry within the Student Records team as a Registry Officer on a full-time permanent basis. The role provides a customer focused and efficient service for the processing of student-related information.
This role is responsible for ensuring a proactive and efficient administrative support to achieve the accuracy and completeness of the University’s student and course records. The postholder will also interact with the assessment function, statutory returns and supporting processes. Maintaining and enhancing the student experience by advising students, academics and professional support staff, where appropriate, on all activities relating to the student records function. This will include responding to queries referred by the Student Hub.
