Job Title: Car Sales Development Specialist
Location: Ideally based on the M62 Corridor (Hybrid Role with some home working)
Travel: Northwest, Scotland (Once per month) and Northern Ireland (Once per month)
Salary: Up to £52k basic plus bonus - Company Car, Phone and Travel included
The Role
As part of our ‘Sales Development Team’, you will support sites across the North of England, Northern Ireland and Scotland. Your role involves working closely with Sales Managers and Executives to improve enquiry management, deliver our sales process, achieve F&I objectives, and ensure high compliance and customer service standards. You will analyse reports and KPIs to drive performance and coach our teams to meet these standards.
The Person
You will have experience in the motor sales arena at either sales management or business management level. You will be confident and able to build relationships with managers across the region both face‑to‑face and via video appointments. Adaptable to new ideas and committed to delivering results, you will receive full support, training and on‑the‑job coaching from your Sales Development Manager.
