Project Manager
London (Hybrid – 2 days per week in workspace)
£40,000 – £50,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)
The Opportunity
A purpose-driven, fast-growing social enterprise is on the lookout for a Project Manager to join their team of retrofit specialists. With a bold vision to make sustainable housing accessible and realistic—not just aspirational—this organisation is working to remove the gatekeeping that has historically limited progress in the social housing sector.
As Project Manager, you will lead the design and coordination of retrofit programmes from inception to completion. You’ll act as a key point of contact between clients, funding bodies, contractors and delivery teams—ensuring that every stage of the journey runs smoothly and achieves meaningful impact. You’ll play an important role in securing funding, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and maintaining oversight from installation to handover.
This is a rare opportunity to help shape not just projects, but the direction and culture of a company that genuinely believes in its mission. You’ll work closely with its founders and senior leadership, contributing directly to positive, lasting change in the built environment and broader community.
About the Company
Founded in 2019, the organisation has established itself as a trusted and impartial force within the social housing sector. Acting as a single point of contact, they bring together industry knowledge, technical skill, and a values-led approach to deliver greener, more sustainable homes for everyone.
Their mission is rooted in equity, access, and integrity. They work hard to deliver excellent outcomes while nurturing a positive, people-first culture. Socialising, wellbeing, and self-development are just as important as project milestones—because they believe that great work happens when people are happy, supported, and aligned with a shared purpose.
