We are recruiting a Social Value and Stakeholder Advisor for our UK Infrastructure project in Leeds for 20 hours a week.
A key role to support the implementation of a professional, competent, and knowledge sharing culture across your project to ensuring that best in class social value and stakeholder management is planned, implemented, delivered, and shared effectively and be seen as a positive value adding service.
A key part of the role will be to work alongside the Senior Project Manager and Client Project Manager to support with Stakeholder duties such as communications, publications and community updates.
Responsibilities
* Update, and execute the Stakeholder and Social Value Plans and implement the relevant parts of the Management System
* Update Stakeholder Trackers and Stakeholder Action Trackers
* Support Regional Social Value and Stakeholder Manager in understanding client requirements
* Assume line management responsibility for work experience placements arranged for the project by assigning mentors and activities
* Attend supplier, client, and project meetings, as necessary
* Be the lead contact between client communications and the project delivery team
* Represent the project on client and Sisk working groups
* Report social value achievements and outputs using and client templates / reporting tools within agreed reporting periods against social value targets and collate evidence
* Conduct/support the investigation of query/complaint events, and implement controls to prevent repeat occurrence
* Work with staff, clients, and suppliers to understand the industry and the business, taking opportunities to learn and improve as they arise
* Be aware of any changes to standards and legislation through attending training and knowledge sharing events
* Support delivery of the Considerate Constructors Scheme
* Follow internal assurance process, and support external audits.
* Establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
