The role of New Business Coordinator, based in Fulham Broadway, will include the following:
1. Building and nurturing client relationships, as well as supporting internal stakeholders
2. Being part of a fast-paced, results-driven, and competitive environment
3. A varied approach to business generation activities with the overall goal of increasing market share in our areas of operation
4. Supporting our network by booking quality Market Appraisals for our teams to win new instructions
5. Managing and organizing a large database of internal data
6. Proactively sourcing new properties via different streams including property portals and social media
7. This role will enable you to become an expert in the property market!
Qualifications & Experience
The successful New Business Coordinator, based in Fulham Broadway, will have the following attributes:
1. Efficient and well-organized with a keen eye for detail
2. Confident with a professional approach
3. Ability to build relationships and rapport with both internal colleagues and clients
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Good level of IT knowledge, especially Microsoft Office
6. Exceptional customer service skills
7. Ability to work well in a pressurized office environment and with a team
