Role Responsibilities
1. Deliver client-based assignments, ensuring high-quality audit work and reporting.
2. Lead and coach team members and manage client relationships.
3. Contribute to the success of our business unit through business and people development.
Role Requirements
* Studying towards ACA/ACCA qualification.
* Significant auditing and accounting experience (ideally UKGAAP).
* Experience of Non Profits, pensions, and corporates desirable.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and ideally Caseware.
* A passion for client service and a focus on results.
* Personal development and career growth mindset.
People Responsibilities
* Demonstrate commitment, fairness, respect, and initiative.
* Provide and receive constructive feedback, develop skills, and share knowledge.
* Influence and coach junior staff, participate in activities.
Client Responsibilities
* Act as a point of contact, communicate effectively, and act with integrity.
* Assist in planning, executing, and finalising audits, managing risks, and producing work for review.
* Identify additional sales opportunities and areas for process improvement.
* Support travel as needed, primarily in Midlands, UK.
Qualities We Seek
