Vision for Education is looking to appoint a passionate Head of Music for a secondary school based in Southampton The role involves organising the extra-curricular music opportunities, including the peripatetic music teachers, as well as delivering a high quality and engaging music curriculum. The school; have two small KS4 BTEC classes which the successful candidate would be responsible for. The successful candidate would also work with other staff in the Creative Arts Team to support with the musical aspects of end of term productions. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody to take on leadership of a small department and shape the impact and growth of the subject across the school. Full time, permanent role.
