As a Showroom Sales Manager, you understand that the perfect bathroom requires planning, trust, creativity, and the ability to bring ideas to life. You will identify and capitalize on every sales opportunity, inspiring customers with solutions for their dream bathrooms. Building rapport quickly and creating trusted relationships are key to exceeding customer expectations. You will promote our inclusive team environment and enjoy a fun, engaging workplace.
Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain a loyal customer base through proactive engagement, generating new and repeat business.
2. Manage the entire sales journey, prioritizing customer wants and needs to help them achieve their ideal bathroom.
3. Collaborate with in-branch colleagues to build relationships and cross-sell to trade customers.
4. Increase local awareness of the showroom using creative marketing strategies.
5. Continuously improve the showroom to anticipate and exceed customer needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous sales experience in a similar environment is preferred, but a positive attitude is more important.
* Innovative and agile approach to identify growth opportunities.
* Strong results-driven mindset with a focus on driving sales and new business growth.
* Experience in customer relationship management and partnership building.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Self-motivated, confident, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Ability to interpret financial and statistical data.
