This apprenticeship role sits within the Corporate Services team with the purpose of providing support to the wider organisation in relation to data administration, CRM utilisation, office facilities and providing any other relevant administration support, including reception duties, as required to ensure the smooth running of the organisation. The role after training will include; CRM Maximisation and Utilisation Inputting financial and personal data into the approved CRM Responding to internal and external enquiries related to the CRM database by email and telephone Complete database updates including data cleansing to ensure accuracy and GDPR compliance General database management, including financial transactions and direct debits Provide data reports Reception and Administration Answering telephone enquiries and signpost or transfer Providing a welcoming reception service by meeting and greeting visitors Photocopying and scanning Filing hard documents and archiving Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations Facilities and Office Support Support the smooth running of the office environment Fulfilment of orders and external information requests Monitoring outgoing post Monitoring stock levels and updating the stock database Monitor deliveries arrival and updating the database Assisting with the smooth and efficient running of the store area Ensuring that the policies of the company are observed, and that good practice is encouraged, particularly in the areas of Health & Safety, Equal Opportunities and confidentiality The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by the organisation which are relevant to your post within the company to meet the overall business objectives.
