Overview
We are currently looking to grow our already established and dedicated team of Mental Health Support Workers in Prescot! 🌷 Our home provides specialist support and care for clients who have a wide range of support needs from long term complex mental health issues and/or alcohol and substance misuse. We currently are looking candidates able to work Days and/or Nights 🌞🌙
Responsibilities
* Have more than 6 months experience working with long term mental health issues and or substance misuse
* Experience working with complex needs/duel diagnosis
* Be reliable, friendly and caring to help our residents achieve their everyday goals
* Have the ability to support in house activities and hobbies
* Be attentive and inspire our service users to achieve more!
* Demonstrate resilience to help manage behaviours that challenge
Hours
Shift Patterns: 8am - 8pm or 8pm - 8am
Contract Types
Full time, Part time and Bank contracts available
