Main Duties of the Job
As a registered nurse, you will be responsible and accountable for delivering high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing interventions. This includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of holistic and individualised care, aligned with local, Trust-wide, and national policies, procedures, values, and behaviours.

Person Specification
Knowledge, Training, and Experience
* Has an NMC PIN or is working towards it before or by September 2025
* Experience in an acute UK hospital environment (including placements during training)
* Competence in using IT applications (e.g., clinical systems, Word, Outlook)
* Should not be registered for longer than 12 months
* Experience in a specialty area as a student, e.g., ITU, MAU
Communication & Relationship Skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
Analytical, Judgement, Planning & Organisational Skills
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
* Experience in managing clinical workload
* Aware of problem solving, analysis, comparison, and interpretation of information before making decisions
Flexibility
* Ability to work flexibly, including nights and weekends, to provide 24-hour cover
