Job Title: Concierge
The Concierge is the welcoming face of the private Neurorehabilitation offering in the service. As the first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors, the Concierge plays a vital role in shaping the overall experience. This position is centered around delivering a seamless, discreet, and compassionate service that reflects the highest standards of luxury and care.
Responsibilities include:
* Create an environment where patients feel safe, respected, and at ease, supporting their healing journey.
* Provide a warm, discreet welcome to all patients and visitors.
* Assist with check-in and orientation for new patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.
* Act as the first point of contact for non-clinical needs, creating a seamless environment.
* Handle personal requests with confidentiality, including booking transport, arranging appointments, or sourcing items.
* Liaise with in-house departments to ensure personalized service.
* Manage VIP arrivals and departures discreetly.
* Pay attention to details that enhance comfort, such as preferred drinks or newspapers.
* Maintain communication with clinical and hospitality teams for smooth operations.
* Manage patient schedules and coordinate with drivers and therapy teams as needed.
* Handle enquiries via telephone and email professionally.
* Ensure communal areas remain welcoming and tidy.
* Monitor ambiance to align with wellness ethos.
* Maintain confidentiality and uphold safeguarding and GDPR standards.
Requirements include previous experience in a luxury healthcare, hospitality, or residential environment, impeccable presentation, interpersonal skills, empathy, discretion, organizational skills, and flexibility.
