What We Do
We are a full-service creative digital agency. Our team, technology, and insights help global brands in media, entertainment, sports, and lifestyle create, manage, localize, distribute, and evaluate their content's media reach.
The Role
This position involves combining existing skills with training from our experienced GFX team to support content localization and reversioning for international distribution, focusing on delivering motion graphics in line with briefs and collaborating within the team for optimal execution. Responsibilities include:
1. Producing 2D and 3D motion design to a professional standard
2. Creating TV spot cutdowns, social media, and promotional content
3. Ensuring timely delivery of work
4. Taking initiative in work allocation and scheduling
5. Collaborating with the team to develop creative concepts for promotional media
6. Adapting to new instructions and applying knowledge proactively
7. Working under pressure while maintaining focus and methodical approach
8. Building strong working relationships with colleagues
9. Going the extra mile to support team delivery
10. Solving problems independently
11. Taking responsibility for personal learning and development
12. Supporting GFX Middleweights and Seniors with tasks and projects
13. Assisting in project administration to improve organization
Requirements
We define an ‘ideal’ candidate profile for career growth and expectations:
1. At least 1 year of experience with Adobe After Effects (including scaling, anchor points, rotation, transparency, masking, effects, and presets)
2. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Media Encoder
3. Knowledge of rotoscoping and camera motion tracking
4. Experience with plugins such as Red Giant, Video Copilot, Boris FX (Sapphire, Continuum)
5. Experience syncing GFX with audio
6. Experience creating 3D typography with Cinema 4D or After Effects plugins like 3D Element
7. Good organizational skills
8. Interest in creating social media spots
