Providing personal care and practical support in clients’ homes

Assisting with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, and meal preparation

Supporting clients with medication and mobility

Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and families

Promoting independence, wellbeing, and comfort at all times

Completing accurate care records and following care plans
Requirements:
* Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
* Previous experience in domiciliary/home care is an advantage but not essential – full training provided
* A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
* Right to work in the UK (no sponsorships available)
