Our client is a highly successful, data-driven property investment business specialising in the acquisition of vacant, distressed and value-add residential property opportunities across the UK.Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an Acquisitions Manager to join their established acquisitions team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded individual to play a key role in sourcing and securing investment opportunities while benefiting from a strong earning potential and clear career progression.Working within a high-performing environment, the successful candidate will take ownership of a substantial pipeline of opportunities, negotiate complex transactions, and contribute to the continued expansion of the business.The Role Managing and developing a pipeline of acquisition opportunitiesResearching, assessing and valuing potential property investmentsNegotiating and structuring property acquisitionsBuilding and maintaining relationships with vendors, agents, solicitors and other key stakeholdersManaging transactions through the acquisition process from initial enquiry through to completionMaintaining accurate records and activity within the CRM systemWorking collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and team objectivesSupporting the ongoing growth and market presence of the businessAbout you A proven track record within a sales, acquisitions, property, investment or business development environmentDemonstrable success in building and managing a profitable pipelineStrong negotiation and relationship-building skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesThe confidence to engage with a broad range of stakeholdersA highly organised and proactive approach to workExperience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems would be advantageousProperty sector experience is desirable but not essential for candidates with a strong sales backgroundThe offer Basic salary of £40,000£50,000Realistic first-year OTE of £60,000£70,000+Clear opportunities for progression and earnings growthOngoing training and professional developmentSupportive, ambitious and collaborative working environmentLocation & HoursIf youre interested in this Acquisitions Manager position and you possess the required skill set, then apply now.
