As an Account Manager, you are the face of Hilti and the very foundation of our direct sales model. This role involves having meaningful interactions with customers and taking a consultative approach to support them in improving productivity, safety, and sustainability.


WHAT'S THE ROLE?

As an Account Manager, you will engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. You will demonstrate our innovative products and software, develop relationships with existing customers, uncover new business opportunities, and manage your sales area strategically using our CRM system, Salesforce.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

* Visiting sites and customers to understand their needs and offer solutions
* Demonstrating products and software on-site
* Building relationships with focus customers and finding new leads
* Managing your sales territory operationally and strategically

WHAT YOU NEED IS:

* Customer-facing or sales experience in any industry
* Solution-oriented mindset

* Motivation and drive for success
* Curiosity to learn and grow
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to work autonomously
* Full manual UK driving license (disclose points and expiry date)
