Your Role
As a Project Architect, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Senior Project Architects. You’ll lead both internal and external design teams on major building projects across Europe, including new constructions and remodels. Your creativity and expertise will help us redefine our workspaces!
Key Responsibilities
* Project Coordination: Manage the design process from feasibility studies to project close-out, ensuring every phase runs smoothly.
* Data Insights: Utilize occupancy and attendance data to drive actionable workplace strategies and transform planning principles into innovative design toolkits.
* Digital Design Innovation: Engage in AI and parametric design, scripting for AI tools, and digital modeling to enhance user engagement and idea generation.

Location & Flexibility
This role is based in our UK Head Office in Weybridge, easily accessible from London with regular trains and a free shuttle service. Enjoy free on-site parking, electric vehicle charging points, and amenities like an on-site Costa Coffee and a state-of-the-art gym.
We embrace a flexible work approach, allowing you to balance collaboration in the office with focused work from home. Spend 3 days a week in the office and 2 days working remotely, choosing where you work based on your tasks.
Qualifications
* Degree in architecture; a master’s degree is a plus
* Specialization in parametric design/digital modeling tools preferred
* Experience in architecture practice and data management
* Skills in AI-generated design and occupancy planning
* Ability to integrate design management with project management processes
* Experience managing external design and project partners
