Description The Amazon Business (AB) team is looking for a Head of Marketing, to oversee the implementation of the Amazon Business EU (UK, Germany, France, Italy Spain) marketing team and help accelerate Amazon Business growth. The role will be responsible for in-country marketing activities including new customer acquisition, customer engagement, and events. Key job responsibilities Help set the marketing direction for enterprise business customers in Amazon Business EU, assist in defining the strategy for new customer acquisition, retention, and engagement Collaborate with the in-country partner teams to develop and deliver enterprise-level marketing activities and engagements Manage a team responsible for executing local marketing activities including acquisition, activation and demand generation through development of local channel management, content creation, and promotion and events strategy Collaborate with the Amazon Business marketing teams from other countries (US, JP, CA) to deliver solutions that work for European customers Track marketing performance on an ongoing basis, constantly looking for ways to improve the Business customer experience Present your results in weekly, monthly and quarterly business review meetings to process participants and stakeholders We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: London, GBR Basic Qualifications - Experience communicating results to senior leadership - Experience directly managing teams - Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams - Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
