IT Training and Support Analyst – York / Hybrid

This multi-site professional services firm are looking for an experienced IT Training and Support Analyst to join their team. This is a brand-new role, which would suit someone who enjoys working with people and supporting positive change. On-top of delivering engaging training sessions, you’ll support the rollout of new technology and processes, acting as the SME for business process support.
As an IT Training Analyst, you will also provide occasional second-line support where queries relate to how systems or processes should be used. You will also support onboarding of new joiners with introductory training on core systems and firmwide processes.
This role will be primarily on-site for the probationary period, with the opportunity for hybrid working once you are settled.
Key responsibilities:
1. As part of a team, help deliver the IT Training Strategy.
2. Design and deliver training material in various different formats
3. Monitor and assess staff knowledge absorption and the effectiveness of training
4. Design and deliver training feedback evaluations for all training formats
5. Provide effective post implementation user support for system change projects,
6. Administer training courses,
Core skills & experience for this role:
7. Ideally experience in a similar IT Training and Support role
8. Experience working within the Legal sector would be beneficial
9. Experience of providing IT Support
10. Experience providing training on complex systems.
11. Passion for learning and development
12. Strong technical knowledge of multiple software applications
13. Understanding of key training tools and technology to design and deliver training
14. Relevant training certifications would be desirable
15. Full drivers licence and own car is required
