As a Payroll Automation Specialist – Associate in our HR Service Delivery team, you will be responsible for streamlining and automating payroll processes to improve efficiency and optimize workflows. You will work with Alteryx and/or UiPath software.
Job responsibilities
1. Work with technology using Alteryx or UiPath to create the required infrastructure to support the capability of low-code automation
2. Support aspects of the process automation engagements including requirements gathering, solution architecture, solution development, testing, deployment, and continuous process improvement
3. Utilize intelligent automation solutions which allows the team to automate functions and deliver benefits including capacity creation, risk reduction, and the streamlining of operational processes
4. Manage and support with the implementation of projects and initiatives
5. Support payroll team with processing activities if and when required
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
6. Alteryx Designer Certification
7. UiPath Certified
8. Hands-on experience with Alteryx or UiPath in an enterprise environment
9. Experience in deploying workflows to Alteryx Server or UiPath Orchestrator
10. Experience and a proven ability to gather complex operational processes and analyze effective/improved solutions.
11. Advanced experience using Microsoft Office suite (Excel in particular)
