As our Client Service Director, accountable for all Blue Square employees embedded within Samsungs head office, youll be the strategic powerhouse behind multiple senior client relationships.
Youll be responsible for setting the vision, driving growth, and delivering operational excellence across the account. But your impact goes deeper, youll lead the talent strategy with foresight and care, from workforce planning and proactive recruitment to developing a high-performing, future-ready team.

ARE YOU OUR PERFECT PARTNER?
Strategic thinker with a focus on enhancing client satisfaction
Strong people management and leadership skills
Demonstrated experience in account management or client services
Clear and effective communication skills (written and verbal)
Knowledge of retail industry and technology clients
Proven track record in managing large teams
Proficient in data comprehension and delivering impactful presentations
Strong senior-level stakeholder management abilities
Skilled in budget ownership and utilisation
Experience in understanding, managing, and developing KPIs
Ability to identify and capitalise on commercial opportunities for business and client growth
Fearless, proactive approach in showcasing the value of Blue Square to clients and presenting confidently at events
Previous experience in direct or indirect people management and development
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US
Competitive Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 Per Annum
