Job Title: Behaviour Mentor Location: NP15 Contract Type: Full Time Pay: £89.38 Per Day Start Date: After October Half Term 2025 Teaching Personnel are looking for a strong, resilient and supportive Behaviour Mentor to work with pupils who display some challenging behaviour and need tailored 1 to 1 support. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children who need it most. About the Role: - Work on a1 to 1 basis with pupils who present with a range of behavioural and emotional needs. - Build positive and trusting relationship with pupils to help them regulate their emotions and behaviour. - Support pupils with a range of additional needs, which may include ADHD, Autism, Social, Emotional, Mental Health & Anxiety. - Promote positive behaviour and help pupils to re-engage with their learning in a safe and structured environment.
