We’re looking for an experienced Scheme Manager to join our supported housing service at Oxleys Road, a purpose-built scheme of 20 one-bedroom flats designed for individuals living with mental illness. As Scheme Manager, you’ll: Lead and inspire a committed staff team Review and implement support plans using a trauma-informed and psychologically informed approach (PIE) Manage change, including the rollout of our new support planning tool, Nourish Provide outreach support to individuals in the wider community Oversee rota planning, budgets, recruitment, and induction Ensure high standards of care and compliance with PAMMs inspectionsThis is a hands-on leadership role where your creativity, resilience, and person-centred approach will make a real difference.
