Community Integrated Care is on an exciting journey of transformation and growth and we are looking to recruit an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our People Team based in Widnes.
This is a full time, permanent post and you can be based anywhere in the North West but must be able to travel to our office in Widnes as and when required.

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role: Day to Day you'll be: You will be part of a centre of excellence providing expert advice, coaching and support to our regional people teams. This is a wide ranging, varied and challenging role which will suit someone who wishes to develop their specialist experience in employee relations and enjoys dealing with a range of different case work such as disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, TUPE, medical capability, redundancy and restructure and flexible working. The role will involve the creation and delivery of training to upskill our regional people teams and operational colleagues. You will also contribute to organisational projects around continuous improvement to help us support 'Best Lives Possible'. Your values: Our Ideal Candidate - Skills Knowledge and Experience: We are looking for an individual who is able to offer pragmatic advice and support which builds the knowledge and skills of our regional people teams and leaders and enables them to make effective and informed decisions.
8. Proven experience of managing complex employee relations cases and have a full and detailed understanding of HR policies and employment law.
9. CIPD qualification is desirable but experienced candidates will be considered.
10. Experience of writing policies, procedures and guidance materials
11. Health and Social Care sector experience is desirable
12. Experience of creating and delivering training in the effective management of ER matters
13. Redundancy, reorganisation and change of terms processes experience
14. Experience working in a high volume, fast paced commercial environment
