🚨 Fire Service Manager – Stevenage 🚨

What you’ll be doing:
* Lead and manage fire service engineers and support staff
* Schedule and oversee routine and emergency service visits
* Handle customer callouts, false alarms, and technical escalations
* Approve timesheets, manage attendance, and audit engineers’ work
* Prepare quotations and pricing for fire and safety systems
* Maintain and update service agreements, stock, and technical documentation
* Be hands-on onsite when required, supporting engineers and resolving issues
* Ensure compliance with British Standards and industry regulations
About you:
* Experienced managing teams in fire, security, or technical services
* Strong customer-facing and communication skills
* Proactive, organised, and able to balance hands-on work with management responsibilities
* Comfortable handling budgets, scheduling, and reporting
* Flexible and willing to be part of out-of-hours support/rotas
