Join us as a IT Delivery Manager at Bettys and Taylors Group - Our family business is home to three iconic Yorkshire brands - Yorkshire Tea, Bettys and Taylors of Harrogate. This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of a transformative project, working with a passionate and collaborative team of over 40 people in group IT. This key role will oversee the planning and coordination of IT resources, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently while driving continuous improvement across the organisation. This is a Fixed Term Contract position of 12 months. The role will offer hybrid working based from Harrogate (HG2 7DL). Please note that this position is not suitable for fully remote applicants, as regular on-site collaboration in Harrogate is essential. As IT Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for: Implementing and supporting a squad model aligned with business functions to enable continuous delivery and strong stakeholder engagement. Leading the selection, adoption, and improvement of tools and processes to support the change delivery model. Consolidating estimates and delivery plans from technical leads to optimise scheduling and allocation of work. Appling agile methodologies to promote innovation, effective decision-making, and team ownership. Coordinating resources to deliver IT work packages on time and within budget, while creating metrics and reports to track performance and improvement. Guiding multiple cross-functional squads, prioritising backlog items based on business value and managing resource constraints and interdependencies. As IT Delivery Manager, you will have: Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, or in a similar technical delivery role. Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks. Proficiency in Confluence and Jira. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills. Confidence in engaging with stakeholders and leading discussions.
