Overview
Insight Performance and Data Manager – Turning Point, Somerset Substance Use Treatment Service, Yeovil (hybrid working).
Role Responsibilities
* You will respond to regular and ad-hoc reporting requirements covering varied audiences from team level to senior management and up to commissioner level.
* You will help showcase performance and celebrate the great work our services and staff deliver, looking beyond contract KPIs into best practice.
* You will demonstrate the ability to get the best out of teams, using leadership and influencing skills.
* You will research and understand the social value of the work we do, alongside local, regional, and sector competitors.
* You will make recommendations on where our services and organisation should go.
* You will help provide information to improve operational effectiveness and, consequently, the quality of lives for the people we support.
The Ideal Candidate
* Experienced in the preparation and handling of large-volume data, able to navigate databases and Excel to compile engaging data that drives performance and tells a story.
* Capable of converting complex problems into manageable, bite-sized solutions and collaborating across the organisation to agree the best approach.
* Experience with client management systems is advantageous, particularly in supporting service processes and improving data quality.
* Experience in line management or supervision of direct reports is desirable, especially in supporting team development and performance management.
* Knowledge in health and social care or substance misuse/public health data is advantageous but not required.
