Job Description:
A welcoming small rural school in Northumberland is seeking a dedicated English Teacher to join their supportive department from January. This is a maternity cover, with the potential to run for a full academic year. You will teach KS3 and KS4, with KS5 experience an advantage.
The Role:
Teach English across KS3-KS4 (KS5 desirable)
Plan and deliver engaging lessons
Support pupils' progress and achievement
Contribute to a friendly, collaborative department
Requirements:
QTS and strong subject knowledge
Ability to teach KS3 and KS4
Good classroom management and communication skills
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
