To assist the project coordinators to recruit, train, develop and engage our volunteers. You will help ensure that people are involved, supported and understand what is expected of them in their role.
Who are we looking for?
We are committed to our advocacy being peer-led, so you will need to have lived experience of a disability, autism, neurodivergence or mental ill health to help us ensure that our Volunteering and Advocacy support is provided by the people that we aim to support.
You will also need to have good administration skills and will be an expert in communicating with people, getting them involved and ensuring that Inclusion Gloucestershire is a welcoming, safe space for people with a range of disabilities. Could this be you?
Hours and pay:
Hours: 5 hours per week
Contract: Fixed Term (until 31st March 2027)
Pension: IG operates the NEST pension scheme and will contribute 3% subject to qualifying status.
Salary: £13.78 per hour
Locations: Railway House, Bruton Way, Gloucester, GL1 1DG
Holiday: 28 days + Bank Holidays (pro rata)
