About the Role
As our new Quality Assurance Team Leader, you’ll lead a team of 3 QA Operatives, working in a hands-on capacity to safeguard product integrity, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. Your work will directly impact the excellence of our award-winning skincare products.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and support a QA team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Ensure batch records and documentation meet GMP standards.
* Investigate and approve minor deviations, complaints, and CAPAs.
* Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
* Monitor hygiene, product safety, and quality performance.
* Identify improvement opportunities across production and logistics.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a similar QA role within a GMP-regulated environment.
* Solid understanding of QMS systems, CAPA processes, and compliance protocols.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* A meticulous, proactive mindset with a “quality-first” approach.
* Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and thrive under pressure.
