Location: Newcastle, Newcastle Upon Tyne Contract Type: Locum Rate: £13.00-£15.00 Hours: Flexible shifts available
About The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Locum Pharmacy Dispenser to join our friendly and professional team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about patient care and has a strong understanding of dispensing procedures.
Key Responsibilities Accurately dispense prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacist Provide excellent customer service to all patients and pharmacy visitors Maintain confidentiality and follow pharmacy protocols at all times Ensure the safe, efficient, and timely supply of medicines Assist with stock management and ordering Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispensary
Requirements NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent (essential)
Previous Experience In a Community Pharmacy Setting (preferred) GPhC registration (if applicable for your role) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to new systems and procedures quickly
