* Remote Working
* 6 month contract

My client is looking for several Pensions Administrators to assist their DB Team.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve team goals by providing excellent customer service in line with procedures and SLAs.
* Support the business in embedding the client's Values.
* Follow Quality Management Systems and comply with relevant regulations and policies.
* Take ownership of personal and performance development, including mandatory training, to enhance pensions and system knowledge.
* Report risks, complaints, and breaches promptly to management or compliance departments.
* Review and suggest improvements for existing systems and processes.
* Assist management in service delivery tasks.
* Build and maintain stakeholder and client relationships.
* Share knowledge to support team development.
Key Skills & Experiences
* Strong Pensions Administration experience
* Extensive Defined Benefits (DB) experience
* Experience in payment processing and calculation checks
* Proficient in using Pensions systems such as Hartlink
