Job Title: Plasterer
Salary: £38,000 per annum + Van and Fuel Card
Location: South East London
The Role
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading property services and social housing maintenance contractor for an experienced Plasterer to join their responsive repairs and maintenance team.
The successful candidate will carry out high-quality plastering works across occupied and void residential properties, delivering professional internal and external finishes while ensuring homes are left safe, clean, and completed to a high standard.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and property refurbishment services within the social housing sector across London and the South East.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out plastering and rendering repairs to a high standard
Complete patching, skimming, bonding, and making good works
Deliver work within agreed timescales and maintain excellent workmanship
Use mobile systems to update jobs and reports
Work safely and professionally within occupied homes
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven background within repairs, maintenance, or social housing environments
Experience in domestic plastering and associated wet trades
Full UK driving licence
Own tools suitable for the role
Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices
Good communication and time management skills
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
