We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lecturer in Beauty Therapy and Make-Up to join our team at our Huntingdon campus. This is an exciting opportunity to teach and support learners across Level 1 to Level 3 Beauty Therapy, with a particular focus on Make-Up techniques and applications.
You will join us on a part time (22.5 hours), full year basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of between £18,037 - £26,551 per annum, equivalent to a full-time salary of £29,662 - £43,662 per annum, plus staff benefits. The role will be based primarily at our Huntingdon Campus, with the flexibility to work at Cambridge Campus if required.

About the role:
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching and learning in Beauty Therapy and Make-Up across Levels 1 to 3.
* Support and inspire students in both practical and theoretical aspects of the curriculum.
* Act as a course tutor, providing pastoral support and helping learners achieve their academic and personal targets.
* Contribute to curriculum planning and quality assurance processes.Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure the best possible learner outcomes.
Essential Requirements:
* Relevant teaching experience in Beauty Therapy, with a experience in Make-up
* Assessor qualification (e.g., TAQA, A1, D32/D33 or equivalent).
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A learner-focused approach with a commitment to supporting student success.
