About the Role
We are looking for a Psychology teacher to deliver high-quality teaching across our Level 3 programmes (A-Level). You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, support student progress, and contribute to the wider college community.
Key Responsibilities
* Teach Psychology to A-Level and/or vocational classes
* Create stimulating and inclusive lessons that motivate learners
* Track and support student progress through effective assessment
* Contribute to curriculum development and departmental improvement
* Participate in departmental meetings, staff training, and wider college activities
About You
* Degree in Psychology or a related subject
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/PGCE) or equivalent
* Strong subject knowledge and the ability to make Psychology exciting and accessible
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
