Do you want to make a difference to a child’s life? Then become a highly valued Children's Residential Support Worker and start a truly rewarding career!
Hours: 2 days on, 4 days off (with sleep night). We are a 365-day-a-year service due to the nature of our work. Rota given in advance.
Pay rate: £30,477.00 - £31,100.00 per annum, based on £12.60 to £12.90 per hour, days (depending on qualification), £60 per sleep night.

What we are looking for:
We seek nurturing and supportive individuals who can provide outstanding childcare and support our young people in achieving positive outcomes.
Our 3-bedroom home offers a homely setting for up to three young people requiring therapeutic placements. Our team supports their domestic needs, education, socialization skills, and facilitates fun activities and excursions.
* A full UK driving license
* Applicants must have full right to work in the UK without restrictions
* Prior experience in a children’s care role (desirable)
* Values aligned with Esland’s, such as a therapeutic, person-centered approach to childcare
* Applicants must be aged 21 or above due to industry regulations
