We are seeking a dynamic hospitality leader with strong operational expertise, a passion for guest experience, and the ability to inspire high-performing teams while delivering exceptional commercial results. The Role As Hotel General Manager, you will take full responsibility for the strategic and operational leadership of both hotels, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, strong financial performance, brand compliance, and team engagement. You will lead all departments across the business while building a strong presence within the Belfast market and local community.
