Role Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to provide exceptional support across multiple channels. This role involves handling two busy call queues (Customer Care and Repairs), triaging housing management enquiries, logging repair requests, managing high-volume email inboxes, and undertaking a range of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels with professionalism and efficiency.
* Triaging and resolving housing management and repair-related issues promptly.
* Accurately logging repair requests and following up to ensure timely resolution.
* Managing busy email inboxes, prioritising and addressing incoming queries.
* Completing various administrative duties to support the housing management team.
Essential Criteria:
* Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
* Strong listening skills and the ability to analyse customer needs to provide effective resolutions.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* A proactive approach to meeting customer needs and managing expectations.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
