Sinclair Goldberg Price Ltd is a long-established, FCA-licensed debt recovery business based on the Wirral. We've been supporting UK businesses for over 20 years by providing professional, ethical and fully compliant debt recovery services. The Role

We are looking for a part-time Office Administrator to join our busy, supportive team. This is a varied role providing essential support to the business and our debt recovery collectors.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Answering reception calls in a polite and professional manner
* General office administration and stock control
* Data cleaning and organisation in Microsoft Excel
* Producing and editing documents in Microsoft Word
* Supporting the collections team with day-to-day admin
* Handling sensitive and confidential information with accuracy and care
* Assisting with CRM database updates (experience advantageous)
* Managing workloads effectively in a busy office environment

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

* Proven experience answering reception/telephone calls
* Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel (including data cleaning and sorting)
* Previous experience with CRM systems (an advantage)
* Excellent organisational skills with accuracy and attention to detail
* A calm, professional and supportive manner, with the ability to handle vulnerable or difficult callers
* The ability to prioritise workloads and remain reliable under pressure
* Experience in credit control (an advantage)

Important Information

* This role is fully office-based – home working is not available. Applicants seeking remote or flexible hours should not apply.
* Hours are fixed as above and cannot be altered.

What We Offer

* £13.00 per hour for a 15-hour working week. Days required are specifically Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Hours can be either 9:30am to 3:00pm or 10:00am to 3:30pm. Includes a 30 minute unpaid lunch.
