We are currently looking to expand our team to recruit a clinical pharmacist.
The Croft Medical Centre is a county-based Practice, with approximately 10,000 patients.
We employ a host of highly skilled staff including Pharmacists, Nurses, HCAs, and other roles.
We are a training practice and support medical students and GP trainees.
We are an extremely supportive and strong team. We pride ourselves on working smarter, being innovative and being high achieving (in terms of QOF, IIF and DES).

Requirements:
Qualified Pharmacist with experience in a similar role.
Experience using SystmOne, Ardens and AccuRx is desirable but full training could be provided.
Strong organisational skills and time management.
A keen eye for detail, quality improvement, clinical governance i.e., QOF and IIF.
Excellent team working and communication skills.
